It also owns Marsden Cove Marina and boatyard, and 180 hectares of port-adjacent, greenfield commercial and industrial development land at Marsden Point, available for long-term lease.The company is owned by Port of Tauranga, Northland Regional Council and the Ngāpuhi investment fund Tupu Tonu.
